Use of the website

The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes about residential water heater service. It is not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis by a licensed plumber. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it for automated redistribution.

Estimates & pricing

Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Prices assume standard access to the water heater, normal venting, and code-compliant existing conditions. Additional charges may apply if hidden conditions require extra parts or labor; those charges will be reviewed and approved with you before work proceeds.

Workmanship warranty

We warrant our installation workmanship for two years from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by sediment, water quality, freezing, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless a written financing agreement is in place. We accept major credit cards, ACH, checks, and approved financing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services or the website is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
